As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a rich background in CrossFit since 2010 and specialized Olympic lifting training starting in 2017, I am committed to transforming lives through health and fitness. My approach is personalized; I thrive on building genuine connections with my clients, understanding their unique needs, and crafting tailored workout and nutrition plans that align with their goals and lifestyles.

My experience extends beyond the gym—I have been a military spouse for over a decade, a journey that has taken me across two foreign countries and four U.S. states. This life has enriched me with profound empathy and a deep understanding of diverse cultures, which I bring into every coaching session.

Outside of training, I am an avid foodie who loves exploring new culinary experiences. I stay active with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and scuba diving, which have led me to win gold medals in Olympic lifting and Jiu-Jitsu competitions. These experiences fuel my passion for pushing boundaries and achieving goals.

My goal as a trainer and coach is to empower you to shed fat, gain muscle, and develop sustainable eating habits. I am dedicated to helping you build confidence and become the best version of yourself, both mentally and physically. Let's embark on this transformative journey together!
